Drawing on a systematic and cultural lens, Shihan’s works explore the possibilities of emerging technologies and extrapolate world conditions to address Anthropocene challenges, fostering fresh perspectives and 'more-than-human' reflections, through immersive storytelling and tangible artifacts.
As the Founder of alterR. Studio and Principal at alter+, she has worked with a diverse array of organizations such as NEW INC, SPACE10, Amazon, Hyundai Studio, and the Institute for the Future. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and is a Certified Foresight Professional at the Global Foresight Advisory Council.
